The Song Midnight the Stars and You by Al Bowlly is a great song in my opinion but in the context it was used in the movie the shining, it makes it spooky as all get out. Given the right surroundings hearing this song can be quite a chiller.
anyway i was wandering if you agreed and if you know of any other songs in movies that had this kind of effect or any other kind of effect on you. Im interested to know

If I here any version of Blue Moon it makes me think of An American Werewolf in London. The scene where David is going through his lycanthropic transformation is one of the best scenes in cinema history IMO.
