Any fight seen in Roadhouse with the late Patrick Swayzee, complete cheese but great. Also Rocky 3 against Clubber Lang great end fight as it only lasts 3 rounds.

They Live has hands down my favorite fight scene, so good that even the South Park boys did an homage to it.

I pretty much agree with everyone else that They live has one of the best movie fights, but here's a couple others that stand out for me.
John Matrix (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Bennett (Vernon Wells) in Commando. "Let off some steam, Bennett."
Buck Matthews (Gary Busey) and Blade (William Smith) in Eye of the Tiger.
Okay, this last one isn't really a fight in the knock-down, drag-out sense, but it is a pretty funny one. The fight between Pee-wee Herman and Francis Buxton (Mark Holton) in Pee Wee's Big Adventure is hysterically funny. I found the full scene on YouTube for everyone else to enjoy
