I have the Fly 1 and 2 on DVD, but have never seen either. Are both worth a watch?
To be honest, I haven't seen the first Fly. But I've seen The Fly ll (1989). And it's a brilliant movie! I definitely recommend it. I'll need to see the first one soon.

It's nice... but it's featureless! I wish these companies would try a little harder to get members of the production to do something for these releases. How hard can it be to arrange a quick interview?!

Doing a bit of searching of late, can anyone tell me why exactly Valley girl isn't on Blu-ray yet?

Chloe + aTomiK...thanks for the link and comments about The Fly....may try to check this out tonight once the kids are in bed.
Rip...not sure about Valley Girl. I asked the same question about Some Kind Of Wonderful and Pretty In Pink. Hopefully soon for all of them...
Logan...I know there is a double feature Blu-ray with Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal...but we all know I hate double features! Will this be it's first solo release on Blu-ray?

I actually bought this last year. Released by a company called Slasher//Video, and distributed through Olive Films.
I got the dvd version, eventhough i knew it was also being released on blu-ray. I assumed it wouldn't make that much of a difference because of the low-fi origins of the source material. Turned out it was actually really impressive... Don't know if i would buy it again though.
Who am i kidding here ? Of course i'll buy the Arrow version !
