What do you all think of friends who don't return phone calls, or other friends who only call you when they need something? Ugh!

I'm just irritated that these friends of mine can't return a simple phone call (actually I've called two friends numerous times to have them ignored). Yet I am expected to go to their functions at the drop of a hat. I'm skipping all functions this summer as a boycott. If it doesn't have to do with me and the hubby, I'm not in.

If someone ignores my phone calls without valid reason, I delete their number. I don't care who it is!

Well, I've got friends finally returning phone calls, but now I'm getting calls from numbers that I don't know. The one girl kept calling, and today she left a text message " I guess ur ignoring me". So I called her back and aske who she was, as she had just called and texted me (I hate texters btw). This was her reply: "Uh, uh, uh, duh, uh". I told her I was a woman and not her booty call and to not call my no. again!

I don't mind texts over little things. But when people use them for serious matters, I'm like geez pick up the phone and SPEAK for christ's sake.

What about family who only call when they want something? My aunt only calls me when she wants me to look in my Dish Network TV Guide and tell her when certain movies are coming on Turner Classics.

I've got a "friend" who only calls when she needs something, like her daughter's glasses need fixed, the daughter needs my hubby to order more contacts for her (I put a stop to it- I don't know when her last eye exam was!). And here's the real kicker- she actually had the nerve to call me because she wanted something from 7-11 that they were giving away that had to do with Farmville on Facebook! We don't have 7-11 where I live- we have Sheetz convenience stores. I told her to go online to find out whre the closest 7-11 was to her or her sister-in-law (she got her involved somehow, sucker). She outright lied and said they don't have a directory online. As soon as I got off the phone, I came online and found "store listings" for 7-11. I am through with her. The only reason I keep her on as a "friend" on FB is because even though she is a total **** up, her daughter is a nice kid and extremely intelligent and thoughtful.

On a totally different subject if anyone on here is from the states i am looking to order something on line and want to avoid inport tax if i can so am looking to arrange to have it sent to me marked as a gift and not from a shop if anyone feels like helping a fellow rewinder out.
