60s--A Shot in the Dark; Clouseau's trip through the nudist colony
70s--1941; Belushi's plane takes off without him while he's refueling; in his haste to chase after it, he blows up the whole gas station
80s--Spaceballs; Ludicrous Speed, and Helmet's rather painful injury when he orders Sandurz to stop Spaceball 1 immediately
90s--Home Alone; Harry tries the back door and thinks he's got clear sailing on the other side, only to get a literal example of why he's a hothead
00s--Rat Race; Seth Green and his brother chase the duplicitous key salesman through the countryside, leading to Green being repeatedly slammed into cows when he grabs hold of the saleman's hot air balloon's tow line, eventually lifting one right off the ground to be used as a weapon against his antagonist, and eventually the two of them being painfully dropped in a lake

60's- The Party with Peter Sellers... every damn scene!
70's- 10 with Dudley Moore, drugged from the dentist sequence!
80's- The Burbs, can't chose a scene... the movie is a masterpiece. Maybe the neighbours meeting the Klopeks!
90's- Dumb and Dumber.... again, tough call, maybe just the throwaway line "You know, the Monkees were a major influence on the Beatles" followed by the apt response "I know". or Happy Gilmore, Happy and Shooter McGavin encounter in bar!
00's- Balls Of Fury, any scene with James Hong and Dan Fogler!

1960's - Not sure if this is 60's, but Clouseau's extended flying kick in one of the Panther films. If it's not 60's then I throw in The Producer's - "I'm scared, I'm wet and I'm in pain".
1970's - Young Frankenstein - Frank meets the blind man.
1980's - Airplane! - Lloyd Bridges picked the wrong day to quit, etc.
1990's - Dumb and Dumber - Laxatives
2000's - Freddy Got Fingered (I won't apologise!) - Trying to play music and eat; "Daddy do you want some sausage?"
