"The film was first conceived by Cameron 14 years ago, when the means to realize his vision did not yet exist. Now, after four years of actual production work, AVATAR delivers a fully immersive cinematic experience of a new kind, where the revolutionary technology invented to make the film, disappears into the emotion of the characters and the sweep of the story."
THE BUZZ (SO FAR)
Looks good...kind of.
I would've preferred more live action and not a big CG world, bit disorientating to go back and forth from live-action to CGI. Some of the best scenes reminded me of Enki Bilal's Immortel (ad vitam).
Sometimes the trailer doesn't do the film justice, and Cameron rarely fails to deliver. Lets wait and see.

To me, movies are movies and computer games are computer games. It looks like a great computer game. Sad but true.

Cameron may've been better off just making this a straight animated movie like Final Fantasy.
