Just heard on the news that Oklahoma and Missouri got hit with tornadoes and North Dakota had some serious storms. Hope everyone is okay. I think we're getting the leftover storms her this evening. Scary stuff.

A woman was killed here in Missouri last night. Tornado's are terrible things.
I hope her family is OK...

I can't imagine what a tornado must be like, we have our own disasters here but my part of the world isn't prone to that kind of thing.

jdoc, that is some crazy stuff! I hope noone was in those homes when they got annihalated! Was your mother's home affected? We have only had thunderstorms here, which I meant by the after affects from the huge stuff going on in the midwest. Nothing serious. But I do know that close to Ms. pettyfan, there was some nasty flooding too. Hope all are well there now.

Yep, very nasty. Thankfully the heavy rains and t-storms for today never came to pass.

PBG,
Some of the people were home and made it to the basement, some were out. My mom and brothers' street was lucky and did not get hit. This is two streets over! Not cool...
