I know I'm not the only one here who enjoys writing fiction based on 80s characters. I've been a visitor at FanFiction for a while now, and have a couple of stories posted - both based on The Breakfast Club. Reading the work of other fans is what started me off as a contributor instead of just a spectator.
Anyway - wanted to give an update to those that are interested: I've started writing some more stuff at a site created by people I first connected with at FanFiction. Their site is at TBC-100.
It's good fun, because it's what they call a Drabble site. That means there is a restriction of the length of the story - in this case maximum of 150 words. And believe you me, 150 words is not many at all in which to tell a story. Each week they stick up a prompt phrase, around which the members write a TBC-related story.
I'm always keen on feedback, so please go on over and read my stuff - codename Shrimpmeister... and if you have any feedback, please feel free to elave it - there or here is cool, although to leave comments on their site, I think you need to first create a LiveJournal profile (free).
Laters! Paul
