I like Marshalls. I got some Tommy Hilfiger sheets really cheap. We have one called Gabriel Brothers but it is always so nasty. I don't mean just messy, I mean nasty. Plus you have to search and search to find what you want. I'm not a big fan of TJ Maxx either. I've never been to a Ross.

I don't like any of those stores. We used to have a Value City in my hometown. It was usually kept pretty neat, and I always found great stuff there. Then some other company bought them. The merchandise went downhill. Now they are closed- I think they closed up right before Thanksgiving. The only discount stores I go into would be Target, KMart, and unfortunately Walmart. Target sometimes has some cool clothes, but I haven't gone in there in a long time, except to get my allergy medicine (I won't let myself go down the clothing aisle). I'm trying not to spend so much money, and I have plenty of clothes. It's so hard to pass up bargains, isn't it?!

I love Target...I wish there was one closer than the two hours I'd have to drive to get there. I honestly like Kmart better than Walmart. It seems like I'm always going in Walmart though, cause there's not much else to choose from.

I go to Target probably twice a week for whatever since I only live a couple blocks away.

I buy most of my clothes from Target (or Tarjay it's sometimes called to make it sound posher).
We don't have Walmart here in Australia but we have Sam's Warehouse where you can buy most things, but from what I've seen, they are not as monstrous as Walmart.
There are some good discount grocery places here too. We go there occasionally, and mostly for frozen or packet foods. It's all the same stuff you would find in the regular supermarkets, they are just a little close to the useby date.

as for discount stores... i love them. there are tons of little thrift shops here in phoenix. you can find one of a kind vintage tops in those places...which i love to wear!
i've tried shopping at ross for clothes, but that always turns out to be a disaster. i do go to ross for handbags though.
