Ok, I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in the 70's section. Is anyone else on here a fan of this awesome TV show? I'm not sure if my American friends can get hold of it (although I hear a made for US version is in the works) but its all about a modern detective who is hit by a car and wakes up in 1973 where he is a newly transferred officer to a local police station. Having to come to terms with 70's style policing, knowing what he knows as a 00's police man lead to some entertaining television. If you haven't seen this and can get hold of it then I absolutely guarantee a good time.
Ashes to Ashes is the new series coming soon set in the 80's...I cannot wait!!!

Just a coincidence the two series you named are David Bowie song titles?

Its not a coincidence. It was planned that way. Apparently the makers were waiting on being allowed to use the song in the first series, if permission had been denied they would have renamed the series...
