I can't believe so many people don't like Liver.
Liver is delicious.
Especially with fava beans and a good Chianti...

I can't my head around liver, it's just foul tasting. I had Buffalo once, as expected it was very tough. I liked swordfish. Never had mutton.

That's odd because bison is supposed to be much more leaner than regular ground beef. Bison is tasty.

Yes the bison I had was tasty. Maybe it needed some marinade because it's so lean.
Just fora llyou legume haters, I am going to cook up a pot of Lentil soup with brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and chicken livers in it,ha,ha! I have only had liver a few times, it is okay. In fact, I have some in the freezer and am considering making it tomorrow. It's from the cow I bought. I did not keep the weird stuff though, like the tongue. There is a name for all of those weird things like the organs and tongue, but I can't think of it right now.

Kangaroo is very tasty, it's a fairly strong taste but it makes a nice steak, or even a braised casserole.

Is Spam and Kam the same thing? Aren't cans of it a huge popular delicacy in places like Korea or so I heard?

No not at all... kangaroos are a bit of a pest here so we dont' have a problem eating them.
It's not one of my favorite meats, I'd much rather eat a cow or a sheep, but when we go out for a meal it's nice to try something a little patriotic!

I thought of something that I hate. I don't like any of those gross soft cheeses like Brie. It must be a French thing. And I don't like fresh mozzerella either. I don't like biting into mushy cheese. Melted cheese is another thing though- I like grilled cheese, or pretty much anything with melted American or Cheddar is good.

Rip...re eggs...we're exact opposites...I like egg salad sandwhiches, but don't like eggs cooked any other ways...except rum and egg nogg if that counts
I would poke my eye out before I'd eat cheeze whiz, can peas, turnip, sushi, sardines, olives, liver, lima beans....
I'm whimpy when it comes to trying new things...my wife hates it when we go to a nice restaurant, and I order......a hamburger!

I have never tried sushi. When I watch them scarfing it down in Valley Girl- I just see Fred freaking out and then I think...ick. But, I never thought it looked awful.

Isis, never tried Sushi? Wow. I think in the past I've converted a lot of doubters. If a former meta and potatoes man can eat and like it then anyone can. I think people expect to eat something like raw fish when there are a lot more ingredients involved. And I agree the VG/Sushi episode looked very unappetizing.
