What are your favorite things to eat at Christmas?
I was working on my Christmas Menu today.
Here's what I am having ...so far:
Roasted Turkey breast on Mini Croissants with cranberry mayo and lettuce and cheese.
Egg Salad with Dill...Sandwiches- cut in to Christmas shapes.
Cheeseball and crackers- I use cold pack cheddar cheese and cream cheese, and then put red pepper and green pepper and onion, and other stuff in it, and roll it in walnuts. I got Christmas shaped pretzels to go with this.
2 Veggie Pizza Wreaths (They are a veggie pizza shaped in to a wreath)
Minestrone Salad (It has bow tie pasta in it, and kidney and garbanzo beans and lots of veggies)
Fried Kielbasa and dipping mustard
Jalapeno Summer Sausage
Bloomin Onion Dip
I got these mini appetizers at Sam's Club that look like little cornucopias- they have chicken in them.
Desserts stuff:
Peach snowballs
Mint Chocolate Cheesecake
Cranberry Jello Salad
Mandarin Orange Dip with Graham Crackers
Cookie and Candy Platter
Cranberry Pineapple Punch
..............................
I like to try new stuff every year, and I like to change my table decorations every year.
Anyone have any great party ideas???
I printed out 2 cool Christmas games today.
We are going to play Bingo.
My friend is giving everyone a spa treatment of some sort.
