I see that Lisa Lampanelli has hijacked this thread - never heard of her.
I can't believe noone has mentioned Rita Rudner, I absolutly adore her! I saw a TV show about her and her family, and some of her routines, she joked that her daughter is now 5 years old and she still hasn't lost the baby weight, and she thought that was weird coz the kid was adopted!
She also told the story of how she loves shopping, and one time her credit card was stolen. But she only found out when she got the statement - and it was so much less than normal!

No one asked for someone to post their entire life's story on the preceding page, which is why I said the thread got high jacked. Most people just posted either a short list of their faves or a short story about a comedian. Why don't we all start a new thread to tell our lifetime stories about meeting celebrities? I'm sure someone can come up with pages and pages full of stuff.
