Okay, so, I haven't been here a while, but I've been busy having that "life" thing we sometimes talk about. So here's some great thing that've happened to me lately:
1) I got my first boyfriend last month. Yay! 2) I went to Woody's to get a hot dog for lunch the other day and ordered a combo, but it turns out they don't take cards and I only had enough cash on hand for the hot dog, but they gave me the fries anyway free of charge. 3) I'm performing as Lady Macbeth early next month, alongside my previously-mentioned boyfriend (who I met because of the show). 4) I'm seeing Twilight tomorrow night! Which is starring an actress from Big Wolf on Campus, my still-favorite show from childhood. 5) My birthday is next month! Woo! 6) I'm now part of an official theater troupe, with paid gigs. 7) Anyone been watching Supernatural lately? LOOOOL 8) First semester of college is almost over. 9) I've got Thanksgiving off of work! 10) I finished the first book series I've read in a while (coincidentally, it was Twilight, ha ha). 11) I'm writing out ideas for a play that my boyfriend and I want to write together. 12) My cat was being really cute today.

Lupa-That is all awesome stuff. I am so glad to know things are going well for you.
I saw something last night about the movie "Twilight"...people were going nuts over the cast members at an autograph signing, and I thought who are they... I thought it was a TV show they were talking about....but then they said it was coming to theaters. So, what's the scoop on this movie?
From what I was seeing on TV with the way people were reacting about it...it looks like it is going to be huge.

A lot of things to be positive about Lupa, nice to hear. That Twilight actress who was in Big Wolf on Campus was that Rachelle Lefevre? I used to watch that too, there was a lot of local flavor, in fact I met Danny Smith one night at a punk show years ago. Great guy. I'm going to have to check out Twilight as soon as the crowds die down.

Thanks guys. I'm glad you liked the upbeat post.
Other good news- At the Twilight premiere, I made up with one of my close friends that I had been fighting with. Also? I loved Twilight, and Rachelle Lefevre was awesome in it.
Isis- As someone who works at a theater, I can confirm that Twilight is huge. It's based off of a quadrilogy of books about a human who falls in love with a vampire. Mostly it's focused on the romance and the different stages of their relationship, but there's vampires and werewolves involved. Mostly, for me, the books and the movie fall into the so-bad-it's-good category. I laughed through most of the books and the movie, but there were some cool things in the movie and I really liked it. I had a great time watching the midnight show.
Muffy- I'm trying to visit every so often to see you guys. I forgot how much fun I had here.
Riptide- Yep, Rachelle Lefevre. That's cool that you met Danny--He seems like a genuinely nice guy. I've got the CD for his band, The City Drive.
kevdug- Yep, when I get famous. LOL

Congrats on soooooo much cool stuff happening for you! Be careful of those vampire boyfriends though, word on the street is that they are 'not too good for your complexion'.
Enjoy your life!

I've watched enough Buffy to figure out that vampires don't make good boyfriends. But thanks for the tip, Valley!
