Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas! I had to log back in and thank goodness I have my password written down. We had a nice dinner and Secret Santa gift exchange at our Niece’s home on Christmas Eve. Today I made a big dinner and my brother in law came over. Hope you all had a wonderful holiday.

I made Prime Rib, homemade scalloped potatoes, green beans casserole, crescent rolls. Enough of the fatty foods until NYE! Tomorrow I am making baked fish (fresh caught walleye from Lake Erie given to me by our campground neighbor, which I froze). Hope you had a wonderful holiday Terd!

Nice. I love baked fish but have never had walleye. Ive had baked cod , mahi mahi, tilapia and swai. Swai is my favorite. Tilapia is too inconsistent tasting. Mahi is disgusting. Christmas was good. Mom made the best turkey I've ever had. Ham was delicious also.
