That's a good one! You can probably go several differnt ways with this one.
1.) Terminator 2 - The end 2.) Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (heart being pulled out) 3.) Family Vacation - Aunt Edna 4.) Gremlins - The mom taking back the house! 5.) In to the wild - final scene, very intense

Kira stabbed in the back in The Dark Crystal (Yes, you can laugh at this one. Though she is revived a few minutes later...and she is a, well..a puppet=p. That scene still made me very sad as a kiddie and stuck with me.)
