Good luck with both Rainbow! My roommate from college had the breast reduction done and she was very happy with the results. She looks much better proportioned and doesn't have back and neck pain anymore. I am hoping the Dr. can take care of that cataract right away for ya too. Let us know how everything goes!

Good job Rainbow. I'm on a similar kick now...for just about the exact same weight to lose...20 pounds. I'm creepin' around 215 lbs and I'm shooting for 195 - 200. I'm six feet tall and can handle 215 OK....but starting to not feel healthy...so off it goes. I'll use your success as inspiration!

Best of luck to you sweetie, I'm glad to see you feeling happy. I need to lose weight too, but it's hard to do. I'm about 130kg, but I don't really eat a lot, so it's not a matter of eating less, just eating the right things.

i think the time of day in which you eat is important. i have been doing just a can a slim fast for dinner only and been getting good results. also incorperating the body for life and food lovers fat loss philosophies, so its a frankenstein-like combination of diets.
