Anybody got there's yet? I got mine about 6 weeks ago, did them, and sent them in only to receive new ones yesterday saying they hadn't received the old ones yet. I called them to see what to do only to be put in touch with someone who did good to roll out of bed on their own. They were truly dumbfounded. I finally told her I should have figured anything government ran was built to screw up. Is it a government conspiracy claiming they never received your papers so they'll have to send a census worker to the home lol.

Haven't gotten anything yet. I've seen a bunch of signs up, wanting people to be census takers. Not me, never in a million years.

I got mine on Thurs. but I haven't opened them yet. I had to do a survey last year for them, and it was like 10 pages long. The questions were so vague, I had a hard time answering them. We were just picked randomly for that one. My Mother-in-law was participating in a census survey for the past few years up until she died last Aug. The census taker was a really nice guy. He mostly sent her the papers in the mail, but he did come to her home maybe twice a year too.

Oh, I almost forgot, Motley, you are right about the govt. LOL! I wonder if they are counting all of the illegal immigrants we have in this country now that we are supporting with our tax dollars.

If only Obama would put as much energy and enthusiasm into abuse of the welfare system as he does this socialized healthcare. We've been told at work our premiums will go up $25 a week if this crap passes aka the working man/woman will pay for it. I'm all for helping out my fellow man/woman/child but it's ridiculous. Just last night at work, I got called up front to hear a complaint from a lady who was fussing because she couldn't get a certain type of product with her EBT card as SHE proceeded to receive a phone call on her BlackBerry. I had to help her out with her groceries and then loaded them into a BRAND NEW Ford Explorer. She told me to be careful when I shut the back door and not slam it because she just bought it Thursday. I mean c'mon people the government supports her and she has the newest gidgets and gadgets. I do as well but ya know what, I work for it! Those who really need the help cannot get it because of lifers who sponge off the system their entire lives. I really feel sorry for the kids as they can't help it but there needs to be a program in place where you are helped to help yourself with time limits rather than allowing people to live off the government their entire lives unless they are disabled, hurt at work, hurt in combat, etc......

Yeah, Motley, we see those type of people in our office all the time. And they complain about the price of this or that, yet we are paying for it. When they buy stuff outside of their welfare money, everything is paid for in cash so the govt can't keep track of what they're doing. Most of them get under-the-table jobs. I guess same goes around where you live. I do have a problem with our health care system in PA. We are paying $2,900 a month for four adults for coverage, plus we each have a $1200 deductible. Yet my brother-in-law's friend lives in Ohio and pays around $600 for him and his wife and 2 kids. They passed that law back in FDR's time that you could not buy health insurance from another state. PA has some of the highest insurance costs, along with our enormous b.s. taxes. Something's gotta be done about our insurance rates. What really made me mad was some guy came into the office and has a family with 4 kids and he has never had to pay a dime toward his health care. Now he's mad cuz he's gotta start paying a lousy $85 per month for a family of six! There is no balance.
