Keeping it all high octane nonsense today with From Paris With Love.

Started out a bit slow but once John Travolta started his crazy schtick with guns, knives and bombs going off every where it turned into a decent action flick.

From Noms With love [Cool]

When we went to see The Expendables, we saw a preview for The Town starring Ben Affleck and Jeremy Renner- it looks good.

Hot Tub Time Machine--really funny once it got started. I was kinda worried at first, but once they went back to the 80s it was good.

Pitt, I wasn't sure at first! Plus, I don't normally care for John Cusack. But it was funny! I liked how it ended.

SCARY MOVIE 4. I almost hate to admit it but I really enjoyed it. (I had a few beers). After a very long and hectoc day it was the perfect movie to just sit back have a few beers and laugh to. It wasnt as good as Part 1 but I think it was better than 2 n 3.

DIARY OF A WIMPY KID: This was actually a lot better than I thought it would be. I watched it with my husband and daughter and we all had a good time. A lot of laughs.

Ronnie I saw it in the theater and those scenes were so hard to watch....I think because they were so realistic and awful. But it was a pretty cool and unique movie with great actors huh? one of the better newer movies i've seen.....and it's a "reader" haha

Rented out several movies recently:

(1.) Up In The Air

(2.) Letters From Iwo Jima

(3.) The Bourne Identity

(4.) A Serious Man

Very good movies, except for the last one.

Nine Queens (2000). Ricardo Darin, Gaston Pauls, Leticia Bredice, Tomas Fonzi and Celia Juarez. A pair of confidence tricksters, one an amateur and the other a long-standing professional, meet and become involved in a swindle over a set of forged stamps. As the scheme goes on, it becomes clear that one of them could be cheated by the other.

The American, starring George Clooney. Don't waste your money at the theater. It was not what I expected; kinda boring. Maybe this is a case of the book was definitely better than the movie? Anyone read the book- I think it was called The Quiet Gentleman or something like that?

Pittsburghgirl, the title of the novel is "A Very Private Gentleman."
