Two Seth Rogan offerings post 2000 and I thought they were terrible.
Neighbors: A Fraternity moves into a well to do neighbourhood beside a couple with a young child. The couple doesn't like their wild partying and decides to "take them down". Zac Efron plays the leader of the Fraternity mob, who was completely miscast as he would be more in place in a One Direction than as as the leader of a Jock Brigade. Terrible acting, terrible dialogue and it was just all over terrible. Calling it a Comedy is an insult to proper humour. Cringingly bad.
Guilt Trip: Seth Rogan is an inventor who travels round the country with him mother trying to get someone to buy his invention. It had more laughs than Neighbours, but it was a boring film, and the idea of a grown man sharing a room with his mother didn't appeal.
I'm not a fan of the new age mob of actors, they are far more dull and lacklustre than the one's of their age in the 80's. The writer's don't seem to be any good either. The Pop Culture of this era is just crap.
I'm off to the 80's where things are better.

I thought Neighbors was funny. I have no desire to see Guilt Trip. It would be a waste of two hours of my time.
