The Wicker Man is a 2006 remake of a 1973 British horror film of the same name. Directed by Neil LaBute and starring Nicolas Cage, Ellen Burstyn, Kate Beahan and Leelee Sobieski among others.
The film was largely lambasted by critics and failed at the box office due to its over-the-top scenes such as "How'd it get burned!", Cage punching women including one time while wearing a bear suit and "No not the bees!".
It quickly garnered a cult following due to those scenes being shown around the Internet as well as being hailed as one of the funniest bad movies of the last decade. What are everyone's thoughts about "The Wicker Man"?

I read somewhere that this was considered as an unintentional comedy. I can't say as I have not seen it, but the original is so good.
