This wasn't a great movie, I mean it was a different take on what is important now in the world, but I just have this feeling that Young Shia takes these parts that are trying to bring him to the forefront of great movies and he just falls short.
I think that it truly lacks intensity and while the soundtrack is actually pretty good, there is more interest at the end of Trading Places then there is in this movie.
Gordon Gekko is an amazing character, but this appears to be more of a paycheck movie for Mr. Douglas than a labor of love.

Devo.. this is sad, but I seriously fell asleep watching this movie.
The pace was just too slow for me .. I enjoyed Gordon Gekko's take on our current economic state, but just couldn't get into the movie. I think it is time for Shia LaBeouf to step aside and let some other actors take on the 80's remakes and sequels. Though he was great in non-80's remake "Disturbia" and decent in the first "Transformers", but just say no to "Indiana Jones" and "Wallstreet" please.
The best part of the movie for me was the cameo by Charlie Sheen as Bud Fox. I wish they has expanded on that more!
