I picked up the movie Dead Silence for $4.99 on DVD yesterday and eventhough it's a new movie it has a similar appeal as Dolls and Child's Play.
Really got creeped out by the scary a$$ vantriliquest dummy that just shows up as a present on that couple's doorstep...I also didn't enjoy how he looked sitting on the bed in the beginning of the movie...
Anyone see this? Like it? It's on the 80's tip, that's for sure!!

I enjoyed this movie, very creepy yet a decent storyline aswell. It made ya jump alot and the lady they used was seriously spooky lookin. Excellent unexpected ending. And remember, beware the stare of Mary Shaw !!!!

I saw it in the theater and LOVED it. Now own a DVD of it. I think this movie doesnt get enough credit. itw as made by the SAW people and people who liked SAW were disappointed by it. The funny thing about THAT is I hated SAW and LOVED this, so go figure! Ventriliquist Dolls ARE Creepy and a lot of the scenes in this were legitimatly SCARY!

Dead Silence is an awesome movie IMO. I bought it when it was first out on DVD. That little nursery rhyme they sang creeped me out lol. Mamamia, I hated Saw too, and loved this one. So you're not the only one!
