I do NETFLIX and my husband complains I always rent movies from the 70s and 80s (and somethimes even the 40s, 50s & 60s) I just dont like NEW movies.

He showed an interest in wanting to see BLACK SNAKE MOAN and the OMEN remake, so I NETFLIXED them this week.

Has anyone seen them? Are they any good?

The Omen remake is pretty much on target with the original. It's decent, but not great. I haven't seen Black Snake Moan.

I thought the original Omen was better. Black Snake Moan is one of those movies ya watch once and then don't watch again. Samuel L. Jackson and Christina Ricci both do good in it but don't be expecting an Oscar winning movie.....

I really like the Omen. There were some parts that I jumped at.

I haven't seen Black Snake Moan. And I really don't think i will ever. It doesn't look like something i would like.
