I think the previews for this look horrible. I loved the originals.
My son said that this movie looked violent for a kids movie...I said "geez who do you sound like?"
He said that the little boy jumps out in front of a truck and it breaks the whole front end in.
It looked like people were killed-in that scene.
When I see movies today...there are so many car wreck scenes, that you know people would have died in, but they do it in a way that people don't even think about that someone was probably just killed.

I never heard of this or saw the previews. I loved the first original Witch Mountain, but I thought that Return from Witch Mountain was horrible.

The second one is with that "gang" of kids. I recently watched it after not seeing it in some years. Took everything I had to see it through til the end.

I love the Rock, so I may have to see this one. I'm going to have to check out some eps of CHIPS so I can get caught up on my daily dose of car pileups.

Excellent, thats enough to persuade me to watch the re-make. I think The Rock is brilliant. Walking Tall is one of my all time favorites.

I love the original....but agree the sequel was horrendous. I wish they would just stop rehashing old stuff and make some new films.

Another Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson fan here, but this isn't my cup of tea: saw the originals but I'd rathur watch 'The Rundown' again.
