Some good, albeit distractingly unrealistic, action, but we've seen it done better a million times before in everything from 'The 13th Warrior' to 'Lord Of The Rings'. It was also quite a racist film and propagated banal delusions about race, nationalism & war...the oracle was quite fit though
All in all, '300' was a let down, which only made me want to watch 'Troy' again.

I haven't seen 300, but my parents did, and they agree. My dad was really looking forward to seeing it, and he said it was pretty bad.

Yep not a fan. The fact that the theatre I was in was painfully uncomfortable and the movie painfully long, may have had something to do with it, but I really did not enjoy the painted on six packs on every single Spartan character. I don't want to watch it again, that's for sure

I must be one of the few on here who liked 300 lol. I've been a Frank Miller fan for a long time so that probably has alot to do with me liking it........

It kind of reminded me of Braveheart. Lots of blood, arms and legs flying off. I thought it had it's moments...
