Has anyone seen "Zack and Miri Make a Porno" yet? I'm just wondering if it is actually funny. (I like most of the stuff Seth Rogen has been in, especially Freaks and Geeks.) It was filmed here in Pittsburgh, and I saw that part was filmed at the Monroeville Mall, which is where I worked for 7 years. I also saw that Seth Rogen wears a sweatshirt with a screenprint that says Monroeville Zombies, which I guess is an homage to George Romero's "Dawn of the Dead" which was filmed at the Monroeville Mall 30 years ago. I've never seen DOTD either- anyone out there see it? Is it any good, or is it really cheezy horror?

I saw both and I really enjoyed them both. Tom Savini who did the make up in DOTD has a cameo in Zack and Miri. Zack and Miri has alot of nudity and is technically rated NC-17 but they appealed to have it rated R. To me it should have stayed at NC-17.

I've wondered about it too. I've liked Seth Rogen in some stuff (oh how I hated Superbad, though). I guess I'll give it a watch sometime.

Saw "Zack and Miri" today and laughed my azz off. Dawn of the Dead is a classic. It's sort of cheesy since it is zombies but still a great flick....

Thanks guys. I probably won't get to the theater to see it, unless a friend would go with me, cuz my hubby is busy like every weekend until Christmas basically. I'm going to put Dawn of the Dead on my Netflix queue. And I may have to wait and watch Zack and Miri through Netflix.

If I had to pick I would go with Role Models Ronnie. But that's just me. Both are funny, but to me Role Models was nonstop laughter......

dawn of the dead is classic to me.
Oh man that freaked me out. When you said you wanted to see role models, I thought you meant movies that had good role models in them; but then you said you like Dawn of The Dead. I was like, WTF??? hahaha... Got it now though...
