buffalo-girl- What are bastad clogs? I remember the clogs I had in the 70's-80's. They were much better quality than the crap that's out there now. My friend and I saw leggings in the store on Sat. Where were they when I needed them for a costume last Halloween,ha,ha? I also see alot of girls wearing either fishnets or patterned tights, which I loved in the 80's.

I don't keep up with fashion around the globe, but here in Hawaii I'm noticing a huge resurgence of board shorts (and regular shorts) with the loud colors and crazy paint splattered look that used to be the trademark of Jams. Those were really popular here back in the '80s (along with OP shirts and corduroy shorts of the Magnum P.I. variety).

All the teenagers are wearing day glo pink legwarmers around here. There has been a massive 80's revival in clothes and accessories for the past few years here.
I have gotten over mine and am now on a 50's 60's fashion kick..............still love the 80's though, don't worry

Flip flops are a staple here. They are worn year-round and never go out of style. People even wear them to fancy restaurants.

I've found that drinking heavily in public helps with this...

You'll really want to avoid Hawaii then. We've made underdressing a lifestyle.
