I have never watched it, but my son watches it every night on Nick at Nite....and he asked me...where are Steve Urkel's parents? He said he has never seen them ever.

Ya know what? I dont remember ever seeing them either! I guess they are next door while Steve is always at the Winslow house. He was so annoying they probably loved when he went over there (sort of like Kimmy Giblers parents on FULL HOUSE - who I also never recall seeing).
