Who else remembers shoes where you could velcro different colors to the sides of your shoes? I am sure that girls will remember, it was a big thing in grade school. I think that they were called Lotto or Logo shoes. I can still see the design in my head. You could change out the logo to match whatever color you were wearing. Anyone else remember these?

I don't remember those...maybe I was too young? I remember Kangaroos, with the little pouches on the side.

I remeber trainers that fastened with velcro. After a while they'd get bits of fluff caught up in them and wouldn't stick any more! That was a short lived fad.

I looked these up on the internet and they still make Lotto shoes, but none that velcro the actual logo off of the side or in different colors. I wonder where they are sold now??

I don't remember the shoes, though I remember my aunt (who was 13 at the time) taking her roller skates and gluing velcro on them and attaching random chaims and patches to them. Guess she borrowed that idea.
