Bigfoot gave me this movie to watch. It started a TV series. I had never heard of it. The movie starred Rick Springfield...and it was awesome. I loved it. It had a great soundtrack. Rick Springfield was gorgeous in it, he plays a detective who works the night shift...but he's also a vampire, and he is investigating this string of murders. Fran Ryan plays a Homeless person in it (she was in Private School)...and the guy that plays "Rudy" in Sixteen Candles is Rick's partner in it. It was awesome effects...it scared me pretty good too. I loved his 1959 Cadillac he drove, it was a cool car. He slept in the truck during the day time. He had the coolest apartment...and he had all these TV's in his apartment with a scenes of a sunrise on it, since he could never see a real one. I thought it was a cross between Hill Street Blues and The Lost Boys. I was so excited to see it, and that I liked it. I wondered if anyone else had ever heard of it??

I have to acquire this with all the talk again of it. I have vague recollections of something like this but I have to do some research. Rick Springfield though.

I posted a clip from it on another thread. It actually is really cool. I haven't seen the movie Twilight- but with people liking vampire stuff...this TV movie would be right up their alley.
