Me and Cindymancini were talking on the phone last night about all the different products that we miss....and she said about Pearl Drops...and I totally had forgotten about that one, but when she said it...the whole commercial for Pearl Drops tooth polish came rushing back in to my head, with the really pretty girl who ran her tongue across her teeth...and said mmmmmmmmmm...pearl drops tooth polish!!
Does anyone else remember that commercial???
I loved Pearl Drops....why do they always quit making the best stuff???

I remember them. They weren't in a regular toothpaste tube. Know what I miss? Smurfberries.

I never actually used Pearl Drops but the commercial just remains in my brain! The girl looked like she was in ectasty over the toothpaste! Hahaha! There was another commercial for panties or pantyhose called Underalls and all you would see is the back of someone's behind in them and they would swivel their hips just once and it would go "ding ding." Does anyone remember that? Hahahaha! How odd!

Of course you already know I remember it. Just like I loved the Leggs pantyhose that came in the "EGG" we use to turn those in to cool crafty things at easter. I loved cool packaging.
Does anyone else remember reading the backs of the cereal boxes...and saving the proofs of purchase for free stuff?? I was eating shredded wheat for breakfast today...and there is a coupon on the back that with 5 proof of purchases you can get a free movie. They only had 8 movies though to pick from...the only one I even sort of liked...was "Jumpin Jack Flash"...but I don't love it enough to eat 5 boxes of shredded wheat.
But, I remember as a kid...there use to be really cool stuff inside the cereal boxes, and I remember saving the Kool-Aid points for free kool-aid stuff....Did anyone else every do that??
