Close My Eyes Forever by Lita Ford w/Ozzy Osbourne
vs
Don't Close Your Eyes by Kix
Both hit the charts in 89 with Lita/Ozzy reaching #8 and Hagerstown Maryland's finest reaching #11
Very tough tough call both ballads. Lita/Ozzy wins just barely for me but I could be persuaded to go the other way.

Dokken also did "Don't close your eyes"...I like that better than both of these.

Whew! And I thought this was going to be a discussion of the much overhyped Tom Cruise/Nicole Kidman movie directed (for the last time) by Stanley Kubrick!
Can't understand what Kubrick saw in the material to warrant a film out of it.

A tough one, but I'm going to go with Ozzy and Lita, it was so cool when those two hooked up to do that song.
I like that Kix song a lot too, an underrated band, do they have a best of?

Easy one for me, definitely "Close My Eyes Forever" by Lita Ford w/Ozzy. I must have watched Lita's "Kiss Me Deadly" at least 100 times on MTV back in the day.
