....But you know, THE CLASH dont get any awards for ORIGINALITY here either, as that was a cover of a song by somebody else .

The Bobby Fuller 4 was the original, in fact I think they based Eddie and the Cruisers on that group.

John Cougar/Cougar Mellencamp/Mellencamp can't hold a candle to The Clash. The Clash is definitely one of the best groups of all time where I grow less and less fond of JCM as time goes by.
