He's eating after dark again....

My wife asked me to see if anyone knows this song...she's been trying to think of it for years. Here's what she knows of the video:

* parents arguing in a car, with a little girl in the back holding a rag doll

* they stop the car, possibly on a bridge...they realize the little girl is gone, then they see the rag doll floating in the water

* doesn't really remember any lyrics or anything

Any ideas?
