Has anyone seen him recently? He was improbably featured live at a bar the other year in my small town and he shambled on stage over an hour late, looking drunk/drugged and wholly un-enthusiatic with a stained shirt and drink + cigarette in his hand (!)

...But when he started singing and the crowd started cheering, it's like the spark came back in his eyes and the star emerged -and boy can he sing.

"All you wanna do is criticise"

He brought the house down!
