Rock me Amadas think i spelled it worng was my favorite song of the 80's... Funny thing it turned into something Donut which was the joke on the radio for early morning getting ready for school...

I guess i am rendom cause i am a stay at home mom. Married with kids ages 5 yrs old and 10 wks old plus lost my dad almost a yr ago... So i like making conversations and i get out more here on the internet... Rather then doing clothing,shopping,cooking,cleaning ect... So yes i will try to make conversation for myself to be able to join in here....

I dont know if you guys know......(brace yourself) FALCO died a few years ago!!!
I found out , watching one of those "One Hit Wonder shows (probably the Vh1-William Shatner one)
I had a best friend who had a MAJOR crush on him! We bought the "Rock Me Amadeus" album and everything!

Wow, Falco certainly wouldn't be considered a one hit wonder here in Germany/Austria/Switzerland! I never knew that for example the song "Jeanny" - which was just as big a hit here as Rock me Amadeus - never made it in the English speaking world. He was big all throughout the 80s, and then made a huge comeback in 1998. Sadly, those two huge hits he had that year were only published shortly after he died. He had recorded those before the accident, but the videos were then compiled afterwards with pieces of older videos and concert excerpts.
