I heard this song on the radio...I know it is from the 80's...it sounds like 38 Special ...but I don't think that's who it is...
I am not sure what they are saying...in the chorus...but it sounds like...

It could maybe be Night Ranger...I knew the song when I heard it, but I haven't heard it in forever, and was so excited to hear it...now I gotta find it.
