I have to agree with you. If I hear rock lobster on the radio I will smash it despite who's radio it is. No, I am not joking.

"As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti"
It always makes me laugh. I felt like they thought it was really deep. Haha.

I actually really know nothing about Toto but that line always gives me a chuckle.

I actually enjoy some of the bad, overblown, pretentious lyrics in 80s songs. How about this one from REO Speedwagon, "Can't Fight This Feeling":
"It's time we row this ship into the shore...and throw away the oars...forever."
Dreadful.

Don´t you dare mock the great Toto, one of the greatest bands of all time! But i guess those guys wrote the lyrics heavily under the influence back in those days

ROFL, spirited defense of Toto there, my friend. Toto had some interesting lyrics. After all, here's a band with a hit song about the one guy's girlfriend, "Rosanna" (Arquette).

You have to admit that she deserves to get a song written about her.

Both in their prime? Yes, I would go for Rosanna on a sultry night for sure. Patricia is very nice though. She looks great in True romance, that's for sure.

I will check it out just to get a peak. Does she get her kit off?
Yeah, this rating system is funny cos I have given new users that I think are cool 5 stars and then noticed that shortly after they have a rating of 3. So someone has rated them 1 for it to average out at 3.
I gave you 5 ages ago by the way
For a dead guy I ain't getting much slack

WHOOPS!! The movie with Rosanna Arquette is The Wrong Man not The Wrong Guys. Sorry 'bout that.
