Upon watching Adventureland, that has been discussed on here many times, I came across the song Don't Change by INXS, which really threw me off because I thought that I had heard all of the good INXS songs. But I was wrong.
The song rocks and makes you remember how good they were. It's somewhere faster than Never Tear Us Apart, but slower than Devil Inside, but for my money the most powerful song they have written, check it out.

I consider that their most '80's' sounding song. Very New Wave.

This is my fav as well. Actually never heard it until the Rockstar INXS series, and it quickly became my favorite song by the band. Such a good song...not sure how it slipped by my ears for all those years....hey...that rhymed!

If I remember correctly "Don't Change" is Veronica Sawyer's fav INXS tune.. btw, Ronnie .. that was Ve-ron-ica Saw-yer. ha
Okay.. I'm gonna need pettyfan to back me up on this, but my fav INXS tune is actually "Never Tear Us Apart" mainly because of the way it was used in the tv show "One Tree Hill".
INXS has so many great tunes and "Don't Change" is one of the best to hear played live by a cover band.

You're absolutely correct Valley! "Don't Change" is by far my favorite INXS song. I love how the song starts off quiet and then just keeps getting louder and more aggressive until the end. Plus, I just love how Michael Hutchence sings it with so much conviction. "A Million Miles Away" by the Plimsouls has a similar feeling to me.

"don't change" is a great song. this was the second song i had heard and liked by them, the first being "the one thing". i liked watching these vids back when empty-v was still relevant and cutting edge.
and i could never forget an album named shabooh shoobah.

Oh yes "The One Thing" is also a great song. I love that album...actually, I love pretty much everything they did. When JD fortune was picked to be there new singer I bought the album. I really do like "God's Top Ten" which paid homage to Michael, but no matter how good of a singer they could find no one could EVER replace him.

I love Don't Change, I think they used to close their sets with it. I remember getting their earlier albums and finding gems on each one. Kiss the Dirt is amazing too. Should have been a bigger hit.
