This is going to be a farewell tour called "Ending On A High Note". Luckily, I'm able to catch one of the three shows in NYC. I hope they don't hang up the microphones forever, but I guess time will tell.

Yeah, it sucks that they aren't doing more north american shows, only New York City and Los Angeles.

The guys still sound great and their latest album, Foot Of The Mountain, is not bad at all. Think of Keane, and you'll have an idea. Of course, I love their 80s stuff and will prefer it always.

I´m a huge a-ha fan too and love their albums and videos.
They kept releasing quality stuff till the end
and "Ending On A High Note" is a great name for a farewell tour.

I agree, and think it's kinda funny too, since they will likely end with Take On Me and the long high note at the end of the song.

Hi all - newbie here. I'm looking forward to both L.A. a-ha shows in May!
