Easily one of my favorite soundtracks from the 80's. And an easy pick for my record of the week.

Album of the week has to be 'Talk Talk Talk', by The Psychedelic Furs. Especially when played live at The Warehouse in Houston Tx

I still have this tape lying around from when my dad lived in London around the late 70's to early 80's.
Madness are awesome. I love their cameos in The Young Ones too.

been listening to and loving Yazoo's Upstairs At Eric's ..synthpop heaven!
of course the stand out tracks like:
-Don't Go -Only You -Situation
...are awesome but there are other tracks on this album that are great as well.
Too Pieces - the majority of the song is instrumental but has a terrific melody..something you'd wanna hear in the background while watching an 80s movie.
Midnight - Alison Moyet's smoky, passionate voice gets me in this one. i just love her voice.
In My Room - valley has mentioned this song a couple of times, played in the movie The Chocolate War. great, strange song.

feelin like I want somethin pretty mellow this week, so...
there's a couple rockin' tunes on here. But overall a great album to mellow out and chill to.
