I have to admit I only became aware of Bowie in the 80's when he had his more slick, corporate Serious-Moonlight era. Let's Dance and China Girl was what I heard first, it was only later that I discovered the prolific 70's Bowie and his many guises. I'm a huge fan and collect anything of him, ok maybe not the Tin Machine stuff. Reading a book now on his Berlin period w/Iggy Pop.
