Does anyone else find it stupid in KK3 that Kreese and Silver want Kreese to get his business back by entering Barnes in the tournament and having him fight dirty and break every rule in the book? I mean even if Barnes would have won no one would have enrolled at the Kobra Kai dojo's because they would have the reputation of being dirty fighters. The fact that this concept escaped the writers attention boggles my mind.
Plain and simple KK3 has so many plot holes you could drive a Mack truck through them.
Also does anyone else agree that as the numbers in the movies get higher the girls get uglier?

I dunno if maybe Kreese and Silver wanted Barnes to enter the tournament and win as a last ditch attempt to humiliate Daniel and Miyagi. They were so screwed up that it probably never crossed their minds what would happen after.
As for the ladies. I wouldn't say they get uglier. I suppose it depends what you find attractive?

seriously..this was a very dumb plot..daniel looked like he had never been in a fight in his life .. he gets his butt kicked the whole fight and barnes could have ended it at any time.
barnes should have just finished the fight as fast as he could to show the affectivness of cobra kai.
this would humiliate daneil more because:
a: he lost his title so fast after a guy went through a whole tournament and he was fresh
b: if he would have beat him with "legal" points daneil wouldnt have any excuss after the fight like "oh i fought badly the whole fight after he hit me in the groin"..something like that

I think all the holes in the movie were covered by The Miyagui fight in the Cobra-Dojo and Larusso Kata...Marvelous!!

"Let's show Mr. Kreese how he's gonna get his buisness back!!"----Terry Silver
They did want to use Daniel's title to get Kreese his Cobra Kai buisness back. At the same time, they wanted revenge on both Mr. Miyagi and Daniel. Silver and Kreese just didn't think things through, they didn't realize that having a bad reputation was what ruined the Cobra Kain in the first place. Not Mr. Miyagyi.
Ofcourse KK Part III defenders will probably say that the producers of the film wanted Silver and Kreese to be that stupid, but to me it's just another embarassing aspect of this movie.

Ok WEll I must agree that KIII is the worst one of them all ! It wasn't entirely terrible but it was not a well made movie. Just paying a little bit of attention to detail goes a long way to make a better film. I think this movie had the potenial to be good but just did not meet the challenge just like in a Karate match!!!

I think KKIII would be a helluva lot better if it had one last fight scene. Ye know like, a proper street fight between Barnes and Danny after the tournament. A fight like the the one at end of the crrrraaaap Next Karate Kid would've been perfect. It would've been alot more climactic if Danny had made a stand against Kreese et al like Julie's boyfriend did against whats-his-name et al at the end of KKIV. If the writers had thought of this rather good idea while writing the end of III and not the crap IV , the trilogy would have felt alot more complete and Danny would'nt looked like a wimp.

Another stupid aspect of this movie when the bonzai trees get stolen and Daniel calls the cops. He doesn't know Barnes' name, he doesn't know where he lives, he knows nothing about him. But, the next time Barnes and Daniel meet Barnes asks Daniel "Why'd you call the cops?" How would the cops know who to go after if they have no name and no address on which to work from. Besides, if they did have an address wouldn't they be able to trace it to Terry Silver? If they did trace it to Terry Silver wouldn't Daniel know then not to trust Terry Silver?
This movie as entertaining as it is to watch is still one of the worst written movies of all time.

Danny at least knew his name was Mike, cause Snake called him by his name in front of Daniel
He could have given the police some other details: How he looked like, the Kind of car he drove, and he also had the chance to see the number of the cars plate when they were close to crush with the train
Enough data to start a search and according to the plot,he was quickly found and interrogated by the police
