Hey Dave, I just wanted to let you know that I got an e-mail back from Ron already! In his e-mail he told me that he wasn't married and didn't have any kids. Where did you get your info. from? He also told me that he was on the Miami Vice Show in Universal for several years and that he is still acting but he's taken the last two years off. That's basically all he said, but he was really nice. Are you sure that's really his e-mail address? I mean it sounds like it would really be him, and I hope it really is. Because I'm all excited that I received an e-mail from him!!

I know this sounds really silly but I talked to the wrong Ron Thomas a while ago. I did a search and another Ron came up and it sounded like the same one that played Bobby in The Karate Kid. Don't worry, you got the correct Ron. I was kind of wondering why the e-mail was different from the last time. Maybe I'll drop him a line myself and tell him about this mix up, I'm sure he would think its funny.

Anyone who loved Ian Griffith Thomas as Terry Silver in KK3 might want to check out early 90s police actioner Excessive Force.
Written and produced by the man himself it is fairly predictable cop flick. Disappointingly Thomas has dispensed with the ponytail but he gets plenty of opportunities to kick the ass of various hoods and villans.
The only trouble is apart from Thomas no one else in Chicago seems to know Karate so most of these fights have no tension as you know who is going to win.

Hey Ali_with_an_i, I just wanted to let you know that I just watched the movie Night Screams and it was so funny. It's kinda of confusing at the end...but it was definitely one of the worst made movies I've ever seen. Even thought it was a pretty bad movie, I'd still watch it again...because it's so bad it's funny! The visual effects are horrible and so fake! That's why it's so funny! I tried looking for the sliding knife part, but i couldn't really see it. I have to admit I was kinda upset when Ron Thomas died at the end, it was kinda sad! Anyways...I just wanted to let you know that I saw the movie and it was pretty damn funny! Talk to you later!

Shegotgame, I'm glad you finaly saw it! I was upset when he died to, but it was still funnny! He had a much bigger part in that film than he did in The Karate Kid! Hey maybe we should add a Night Screams page here! I looked and they don't have one. Also, I had a hard time seeing the sliding knife at first too, my sister pointed it out to me. We laugh and rewind it every time we watch it!

Oh I almost forgot, did you notice his braces? I thought he was still cute though! Wonder what he looks like now. He still is involved in the Martial Arts so he's gotta be fit.

Yah I noticed his braces too, but he's definitely still a cutie. I really liked his character because he was pretty funny. I e-mailed him and asked him some questions about if he's still in martial arts, but he didn't e-mail me back yet. I wonder what he looks like too! He's probably just as cute!! Any new info on our favorite KK characters? It's so hard to find up to date news and pics. Does anyone knoe any fan addresses or emails to any of the characters? I know someone put up Ralphs address, but is there any others?

Did anyone try emailing Zabka? Did he reply back? I'm going to try and email Ron Thomas, shegotgame got a reply before and I'd like to see if I could get one as well. I didn't want to bother him before but I think since his acting career never really took off he might actualy appreciate a stalker or two ! You know I'm kidding ...right? I er, would never really "stalk" anyone!

I found my copy of Night Screams(DVD) on Amazon.com, I've only seen The Big Bet in video stores. As far as I know there is no DVD available. You can always check ebay for the above mentioned movies. Sometimes you can find great deals for real cheap. Hope this helps!

thanx for the info i went on amazon but they wouldnt ship thme to me cause i live to far away and have no credit card, im gonna look for the big bet when i go out at the weekend hopefully il find it or at least maybe rent it out just to see what its like, when i have a credit card il buy night screams cause everyone on here whos seen it says it got so many mistakes its more funny than scary..
il let you know how i get on with getting big bet ive only ever seen kk with ron thomas in so hopefully il have luck saturday cause hes great i just wanna see something else with him in

Hi Becks, I have Night Screams on DVD. It's suppossed to be scary but I find it quite funny. I rented The Big Bet on VHS, but when I got it ome, the tape was sooooo dirty my VCR wouldn't play it. Hopefully I'll find a better copy of that one someday. Night Screams is worth a watching though. Very funny stuff.

Ron's acting is very campy in that role, but don't forget that it is an 80s teen slasher flick. I thought it was mostly funy and not too scary. All of the acting is over done by every character, which makes Ron's performance seem Oscar worthy. It's a must see for any 80s horror movie fan, or any Ron Thomas fan.

i aint had any luck yet getting big bet or night screams yet be easier if i had a credit card lol cant afford it yet though. you guys know of any good films with billy zabka or chad mcqueen in, i heard chad did porn films !!!!!
