Not only is the year wrong, but it's not even a Chevy. The yellow car that was given to Daniel was a 1948 Ford Super DeLuxe Club convertible.

Trivia is submitted by users, and can sometimes be wrong. All you have to do is click on the "iupdate" button on the trivia square and submit the correction.
The system is set up for users to submit whatever info they have, but also allows other users to submit corrections if needed. It's a pretty cool system and it works great.

Fixed. Thanks. Funnily enough, the info came from the script, so the Chevvy appears to be the original choice, perhaps?
