You notice that the gyro pilot (Bruce Spence) from "Mad Max 2 / The Road Warrior" is also in Beyond Thunderdome. However, when Max meets him in MM3 he doesn't appear to recognise him... surely he'd remember the captain who saved his life and shared in his adventures for the entire course of the 2nd film?
