Even though IMDB credits Albert Magnoli as "being replaced by", it was the great director of Runaway Train with Jon Voight, Andrey Konchalovskiy, that was replaced by Albert Magnoli because as a director, Andrey took a long time.

My Dad acted in the Film and was disappointed when he was replaced mid movie because he was a really intense Actor's director but alas he took too long for a big studio Film I suppose. They still credited him though due to his contract. I visited the set one night and saw Stallone.
