You'll notice that the makeup for all the monsters isn't quite the same as the classic monsters from the 1930's. This is because Universal Studios own the rights to those images/makeup/design and wouldn't allow them to be used. Thanks to Mark Hille
The creator of the monsters was Stan Winston Studio, Stan Winston Studio has done makeup and effects for "Predator", "Aliens" and more recently "War of the Worlds".Thanks to Aaron Gookin
The scene where Dracula holds Phoebe was done in one take, in insistence from Duncan Regeher, as he was aware the red eyes scared Ashley Bank badly.Next Section: Deleted Scenes

The version that TNT-TV cable network aired, fall of 2004, featured additional scenes. A key moment features Emily Crenshaw {Sean's mom} (played by Mary Ellen Trainor) watching a news report that talks about three schoolgirls who were on a zoo fieldtrip that disappeared. 'Desperate Man'/aka The Wolf Man abducted them. Another, during the "Rock Until You Drop" montage, when the Squad is gathering up tools for battle. we see Sean steal his father's gun from the holster, strapped on his bedpost. Thanks to David
I caught a version of this film on television once that was so altered I actually couldn't sit through it. It's hard to explain, but when Phoebe saw scary German guy look out his window it cut to a scene where he looks back at her and sees her glowing like an angelic saint. It was an over the top moment to let us know she was going to play a big part in saving the day. I believe this version also had the scene involving the newcast about the 3 missing female students. I mostly remember the awkward scenes that portrayed Phoebe as the hero. There was more than one.Jump To: Filming Locations
