At the start of the movie when Oscar is in his pushchair and Dana is chasing him, saying stop that carriage. If you look you can see the wheels turning left and right as it navigates its way, but they should be solid straight wheels

In the courtroom scene, one of the ghost grabs the prosecutor by the leg hanging her upside down and her dress comes down a little. When she is flying through the door you can see that her dress is pinned to stop her dress from falling all the way down..

When Venkman is shooting at the ghost in the courtroom, if you look at the pillar where his proton stream hits, you can clearly see the area that is supposed to explode before he hits it.

In the abandoned railway scene, when the heads on sticks appear, Winston is wearing his hardhat. In the next shot he is not, then in the next shot he is wearing it again.

When Louis is at Dana's home, Dana says to Louis "Peter you really don't need to stay, Peter should be back soon"
